Dynamic file movement
Notesheets are created, forwarded, reversed, rejected, approved, assigned and closed through a controlled digital workflow — the current holder routes each file to its next recipient.
Digital signatures
Users draw or upload their own signature; the Sign action applies it to the workflow and embeds it in the official PDF.
Immutable audit trail
Every movement is appended to the notesheet's workflow history and cannot be altered — a complete, trustworthy record of who did what, and when.
Financial clearance controls
Financial notesheets must be cleared by a designated finance approver before the final authority can approve — authority is driven by designation capabilities, not job titles alone.
Role- and capability-based access
Access is controlled by role and designation capabilities across Super Admin, HR and Employee actors, with strict tenant isolation between companies.
Official PDF export
Any notesheet can be exported as an official PDF carrying the company header, content, full workflow history and signatures, with status watermark and page numbers.
Multi-company platform
Companies are provisioned with their own departments, designations and employees, licensed seats in blocks of 50, and per-company email notifications.
Notifications & built-in help
In-app and optional email notifications keep every participant informed, with a role-aware help centre and floating assistant on every page.
