NoteSheet workflow
Official files are raised, forwarded, reversed, rejected, approved, assigned and closed through a controlled workflow — movements are immutable, and the notesheet body is permanent once filed.
Digital signatures on every action
Every workflow action is signed by the officer who takes it; approving and closing are always signed automatically. Signatures are stored encrypted and versioned, so past records never change.
One continuous case-file PDF
The official PDF reads as one continuous notesheet — the note, the officers' trail with signatures, then every attachment and referenced notesheet appended as numbered annexures.
IDP document repository
Private and company-shared document trees with nested folders, uploads and scanning, true-to-layout Office previews, and Google-Drive-style sharing with per-person expiry — no public links, ever.
OCR search & document AI
Uploaded documents are text-extracted automatically — including OCR for scans — so search matches content inside files. Ask AI summarises and answers questions grounded in the document itself.
Finance on a chart of accounts
Budgets are allocated against categories and sub-categories, with an immutable tamper-evident ledger, mandatory financial approvals, and fiscal-year dashboards of allocation, utilisation and spend by department.
Word-fidelity templates
HR publishes notesheet templates from Word documents — including ruled government forms — that pre-fill the notesheet body exactly as designed. Templates are snapshots, so existing files never change.
Governance built in
Two-layer module access, designation-level oversight visibility, copy-to (CC) for information, storage quotas, licensed seats, automated closure reminders and a weekly activity digest — with full audit throughout.
